Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Applications received after the last date will not be accepted.
If already in employment, upload NOC at the place provided in the form. NOC template.
Keep the scanned copy of all the documents ready before starting the application process. These should be clearly visible.
Upload supporting documents for all the claimed API marks at the place provided in the online form. No document will be accepted in offline mode or at any later stage.
The documents should be in pdf format.
Picture and signature should be in jpg format.
Print the pdf of the final application and the uploaded documents after the final submission of the form (These will be sent to the email-id provided by you during online application).
Sign the form and self-attest all the attached documents.

Save the payment transaction ID and payment receipt. Upload the payment receipt and mention the transaction ID in the online application form.
